這「國術」還真是歷久不衰
小時候，家人三不五時就會到三舅父家打牌
牌局途中會「抽水」
也就是從每局贏得的錢抽成
抽成的錢，晚上大家一起吃飯付款用

在香港，麻雀的文化影響力根深蒂固
有以打麻雀作主題的電影
也有過麻雀比賽的電視節目
甚至有一首《打雀英雄傳》的流行曲至今不衰
