有，鴨鴨的工作遇到很多這種情況🥹🥹以前在舊部門有次有位市民來信投訴，我的上司要我將他投訴的原因鉅細無遺的寫出來，結果我寫了大半天，隔天我上司說不用了，因為他跟投訴人談完電話後，對方決定撤銷投訴
