@Mira, Reduced calories. 10lbs away from my weigh goal. (Lost 10lbs in a week when I was sick in December living on soup 😂😂😂) Was hoping to replicate the results... Sadly, I couldn't stay away from the flour goods...😭 I lost 4lbs the first 3 days, gained 2lbs the last few days... so for the week only lost 2 lbs 😂😂
