我都不喜吃馬卡龍，只吃過一次就已經覺得"夠了"!!!

糖葱餅。主餡是风琴狀空心糖卷，綴以砂糖、花生碎、幼幼椰絲混合的襯餡，用白麵皮包裹。风琴卷的主要材料是煑溶的庶糖，冷却後煙韌酥脆。至於如何造成风琴狀，老傑不才，要髙人指点。看官或以為会極甜，但—片简单的無味白麵皮讓味道淡化得恰到好处，百吃不膩。与潮物馬卡龍相比，前者没有那份‘死’甜。可惜，現在要啃一個馬卡龍，隨处皆有；反之要嚐一塊糖葱餅，只能隨缘。
