博愛座有時候也是道德綁架的座位，我就有在大眾交通工具上聽過長輩罵坐在博愛座上的學生，是那種罵超難聽的那種，也看過有些長輩明明符合「博愛座」優先的群體之一，不肯坐博愛座。

前幾年有人再呼籲乾脆取消博愛座降低類似的紛爭，不好說，博愛座我覺得是台灣的特色吧，也是人情味的象徵。

虛冲
其實香港也經常有這些紛爭，演變成謾罵、互毆的也屢見不鮮。所以取消的呼聲也一直存在。
