哇！我離職前那個很會罵人的(不同部門)主管，也是把我罵哭那個，他就是被gpt跟其他同事說過：對事不對人欸...
但我是覺得不管對什麼，感覺被他那樣罵都會不舒服吧？

生氣的底層就是對方沒有符合自己的期待導致的，所以說對事不對人，本身就不是一件客觀的事實。
題外話，有人會提到法律是客觀事實，但要思考一件事，法律也是「人」訂的。
