養孩子真的不容易啊～有時候父母一句發洩的怒罵，都能成為孩子的夢魘。總之有什麼事別拿小孩撒氣，知道語言的力量，做個成熟想後果的大人☺️

抱抱。母親是一個特殊的角色，她偉大神聖，對個人影響深遠，但就母親本身而言，她們也只是一般人，是人就一定不是完美的。如果孩子可以從這個角度去看待自己的母親，大概也就能少一些怨懟，自癒自贖。並不是說什麼都要去諒解，並不是這樣的，而是希望孩子不要把所有傷害都往肚子裡吞。傷害本身就是一種情緒化的東西，它絕不是屬於孩子一個人的，孩子沒道理背負著這些長大。童年傷痛影響的確很深遠，但往後的日子是自己創造的，路能走多遠，全看自己到底是想蛻變，還是按老樣子蹉跎一生。人生苦短，愛自己吧。
