Tbh this chapter was so emotional. And when Duncan said his gf was dead.... It just punched me in the face. Poor thing :( The grief and fear and emotions and feelings are quite clear in this. I just have to say that this is a good book! 

Such good writing! I can feel the genuine emotion you wrote this with. The despair and coldness are in contrast with the warmth of the fire and their comradery. Great work!
