所以我自己就中意滾咗就落雞胸,再細火煲到收乾水,就冚蓋煲5-7分鐘左右,再落菜煲佢5分鐘,就差唔多食得。
不過唔同爐頭用嘅時間都唔同,所以都要慢慢試個恰當嘅時間同步驟出嚟。同埋要睇個砂煲係咩形狀,驚受熱唔均勻嘅話,就要得閒集中煲下唔同邊。
