I remember when way back in elementary school we’d have to read a book called “Chrysanthemum” until like the third or fourth grade, so that character name brough back some…dreadful memories. (Like the name though!) 

Aside from that this radiates  very subtle “K-On!” vibes (it’s an anime) and I like it :)
