The "how could he love someone whose dreams brought coffins" absolutely wrecked me. that line alone had me putting the book down just to stare at the ceiling for a second. the way this chapter captures grief wrapped inside guilt wrapped inside something you never even asked for, it is so quietly devastating and I could not stop reading. :)))
