Brilliant, first this show a lot of his motivationd. For starters the main character is sick of being in his brother shadow, but its not a matter of jealousy, his behavior shows he actually better and entitled to a higher position. His drive is to over come and become better than his rival. This carries over throughout his life. I mentioned his brazen attitude, it's clearly on display here with him taking out entire poltical system. He makes his own rules, instead of following the one created by others.

As with the girl in chapter 2, he is aragont to a fault but he is deeply concered with the world at large. It's not that he is selfish, he cares about everything. The question is, I wonder if the reason behind it is the recognition and fame. Maybe his brother is in asshole. Honestly, I don't know.

I love the jelousy between the brother and I hope you introduce him later on. Reminds me of the bond between Sherlock Holmes and his brother. It's funny that as bad as the jealousy is between them, he truly cares about his brother
