Interesting concept, a human without any conflict or struggle is barely a human at all. Without overcoming some kind of turmoil, you'd think those blessed humans would think their lives are kind of pointless. Personally, I'd rather see the story begin with dialogue, action, or another intriguing scene. Prologues are rarely looked upon fondly, and readers tend to disconnect quickly. Remember, characters are key, they are the most important thing about your story, so bring them to the forefront and introduce the setting / story as you go by peppering it in, rather than all at once.
