確實，父母情緒控管有問題，就不用指望孩子EQ能有多好，身教的重要顯而易見，孩子大多是父母親的鏡子，但發現孩子有什麼行為不對，父母應該要先反思自己的行為。

當然裝睡的人叫不醒，只有這種意識抬頭，未來育兒的環境才能更好一點點，對，就是一點點XD

很多情緒控管明顯有障礙的大部分都是在裝睡，要不然怎麼在外面控管能力就特別好呢⋯⋯
