Did you send a request? There should be a join as button if you're on the website. You'll need to wait until Dolle accepts it.

@SylviaSkylar , For me, there is a button that says menu. It pulls up the table of contents. There is two buttons, bookmark and join as. Click join as... and it will send a request to the creator.

@SylviaSkylar , it also appears under the co-writer list.
