If you like Holly Black, check out her "Magisterium" series with Cassandra Clare. It's YA-ish (it isn't super YA, and the characters, despite being teens, are pretty childlike), and it's a good series.
Some really good ones are: P.S. I Like You, Bone Crier's Moon (+ sequel), and if you like Jane Austen or Little Women read The Inheritance by Louisa May Alcott.
@geeky_greeky_nerd, yes period, I liked how it was going in the 4th book with the one childhood boy she grew up with, and then book 5 came, and that just wasn't it chief
@geeky_greeky_nerd, yea that i who i ment i loved their reliationship i loved Kile and then book 5’s ending came why did she have to end up with the translator bro i didnt not like that one bit
