我不確定我到底有沒有憂鬱症，但就算我真的有好了，不會有人願意幫我解決問題的，對母親來說，我覺得我有憂鬱症不算，別人覺得有才算，對她來說我想看心理醫生就是威脅她，爸爸一回家就睡著了根本沒辦法幫忙，唯一願意幫我的哥哥無法提供任何幫助，我不確定我有沒有憂鬱症，但我確實會自殘，也想自殺，我不知道還有誰可以幫我
