第一個版本是，嫦娥太想要青春永註，紅顏不改，才偷吃藥的，没辦法，女孩子總是愛美的。
第二個版本是因為后羿射日後，原本敦厚善良的個性，在經過很多人的讚美後，野心膨脹了，逐漸變成殘虐無道的壞人，求得長生不老藥後，想藉著長生不老，建立自己的王國，嫦娥為了阻止他，才偷吃藥的。
這是我所知道的版本，也是我的答案。

第一個版本是因為好奇偷吃了藥而飛上去
第二個版本是因為為了阻止后羿，吃了藥飛上去
