Well, hello.
To say it’s been a while is an understatement. It’s been so many years since I’ve returned to this little treasured corner of mine and its filling me with a feeling no embellished paragraph could relay to you.
I’m 18 now. I’ve graduated high school and am progressing soon onto university. Only years ago I was 13, writing little stories here and there for a beautiful niche community I regret not speaking to after so long. Even writing a draft here is feeling wildly nostalgic to me right now.
It might sound shallow as a younger person, but I’ve lived a lot of life since last being here. Subsequently, I’ve been feeling wildly contemplative of my past. Penana was a major piece of it too. I’m glad to be back here. Thank goodness I never forgot my password.
I considered the thought of archiving my old material and starting fresh, but that feels insincere. As much as I might cringe at what I used to write about, it is still a part of me I shouldn’t shy away from.
I don’t know what my plans are for this account just yet, but I am just writing to make my presence known. I’m still here, even if you have moved. Thank you for your support, especially to friends of mine I made on here. I love you all. <3
