我今年2X歲了，接近30。
以前打泰拳有腰間盤突出有點壓到神經，工作又長期坐在辦公室。所以現在用電腦都是站立的。
因為玩太多世紀帝國和電腦(以及寫作)，手指間都有勞損。所以在桌上，有個20分鐘的倒計時，我每次只寫20分鐘的。
肩膀也是勞損，所以隔幾天就去做重量訓練，再喝蛋白質。下班去做瑜珈拉筋。
預計工作壽命剩下3年，希望3年內可以儲好錢。
