There is a moment, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAMxkXQBWXSK
A split second, 949Please respect copyright.PENANADQlCx00uVz
Between birth, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAylclSlN0RW
And death, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAX5JIje3Yge
That is called life.
Everything you have ever done, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAFjWOyry51D
Everyone you have ever loved, 949Please respect copyright.PENANASwTmpje1z6
Everything, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAt6uIzOpcjw
Occurred in that moment.
Whether it be, 949Please respect copyright.PENANApBmj5nK3UO
One year, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAU4gtv4ONt9
Ten years, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAAcpFRMzEKY
Fifty years, 949Please respect copyright.PENANA6Pbjxf8EbW
Or a hundred,
It was only a moment. 949Please respect copyright.PENANA61qbgr414X
But though that may be, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAWKJCxHjUKa
The nature of mortality, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAikZFYJeEu6
There is more to life, 949Please respect copyright.PENANABrJu4trhLu
Than death.
And though that might seem empty, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAqonwZC9Wys
Know that all life, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAi1kpIa5w24
Exists the same, 949Please respect copyright.PENANA2wNLlSqiy0
Ends the same.
So live your life, 949Please respect copyright.PENANAWOYX1WYuqH
Because only you can live your moment.
The Nature of Mortality was inspired by that line in Interstellar (2014) where Matt Damon screams, "There is a moment-" and is imploded by incorrectly attaching an airlock. After all the jokes about the "genius astronaut who couldn't operate an airlock properly," I wrote the line on a piece of paper and stared at it for five minutes. And at the end of the five minutes, this happened. I hoped you liked it, despite the implications of it.
