And how about voting status? Family members vote for a Supervisor for their Family. Family Supervisors vote for Tribe Supervisor. Tribe Supervisors vote for Kin Supervisor. And all the way up the line. Also there will be some form of government: Executive, legislative, and judicial. And a lot of government oversight and employees. Not repressive, but liberating. A government protecting and serving the people, for the people, and by the people. The government will ensure liberty, justice, and prosperity for all. That is the job of all government agencies and employees. There will be a immense amount of oversight and check and balances to ensure all agencies and employees are in compliance.
There are so many different forms of government past and present. Let's learn of some:
Starting way back when with good old Socrates and his philosopher king. The philosopher king image was used by many after Plato to justify their personal political beliefs. The philosophic soul according to Socrates has reason, will, and desires united in virtuous harmony. A philosopher has the moderate love for wisdom and the courage to act according to wisdom. Wisdom is knowledge about the Good or the right relations between all that exists. According to Plato, a philosopher king is a ruler who possesses both a love of knowledge, as well as intelligence, reliability, and a willingness to live a simple life. Such are the rulers of his utopian city Kallipolis. For such a community to ever come into being, "philosophers [must] become kings...or those now called kings [must]...genuinely and adequately philosophize" (Plato The Republic, 5.473d).
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philosopher_king
In timocracy the ruling class is made up primarily of those with a warrior-like character.[95] Oligarchy is made up of a society in which wealth is the criterion of merit and the wealthy are in control.[96] In democracy, the state bears resemblance to ancient Athens with traits such as equality of political opportunity and freedom for the individual to do as he likes.[97] Democracy then degenerates into tyranny from the conflict of rich and poor. It is characterized by an undisciplined society existing in chaos, where the tyrant rises as popular champion leading to the formation of his private army and the growth of oppression.[98][94][99]
The Allegory of the Cave is intimately connected to his political ideology, that only people who have climbed out of the cave and cast their eyes on a vision of goodness are fit to rule. Socrates claims that the enlightened men of society must be forced from their divine contemplation and be compelled to run the city according to their lofty insights. Thus is born the idea of the "philosopher-king", the wise person who accepts the power thrust upon him by the people who are wise enough to choose a good master. This is the main thesis of Socrates in the Republic, that the most wisdom the masses can muster is the wise choice of a ruler.

Socialism Was Once America's Political Taboo. Now, Democratic Socialism Is a Viable Platform. Here's What to Know
Democratic Socialists of America (DSA). 565Please respect copyright.PENANAzln58YvuSj

The DSA has endorsed 62 candidates for local, state and federal office, most famously Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a 29-year-old who defeated a 10-term incumbent in the Democratic primary to represent the Bronx and Queens, and Julia Salazar, 27, who won a New York State Senate Democratic primary. And even though Sex and the City actor and activist Cynthia Nixon lost the Democratic primary for Governor of New York to Andrew Cuomo, she too succeeded in raising awareness for democratic socialism. If candidates like Ocasio-Cortez and Salazar prove victorious in November, that trend is likely to continue.
What does it mean to be a democratic socialist in America?565Please respect copyright.PENANA4JrJlEc3Lr

While the idea of equalizing the distribution of wealth is an old one, the way of doing so dubbed "socialism" dates to the 19th century. The term generally refers to collectively-owned businesses and forms of government, in which workers and government entities have more control over the means of production and distribution of goods, versus the private ownership and free market that drives capitalism.565Please respect copyright.PENANAzX1OqhuF4S

American politicians today who are associated with democratic socialism generally favor New Deal-style programs, believing that government is a force for good in people's lives and that a large European-style welfare state can exist in a capitalist society. They generally support ideas such as labor reform and pro-union policies, tuition-free public universities and trade schools, universal healthcare, federal jobs programs, fair taxation that closes loopholes that the wealthiest citizens have found, and using taxes on the rich and corporations to pay for social welfare programs. (Of course the Democratic Socialists of America website has a whole page on this very question, as do the campaign websites for Ocasio-Cortez and Salazar, as well as that of Senator Bernie Sanders, another prominent democratic socialist.)
The DSA is the latest incarnation of a long-running socialist movement in America that dates back to the turn of the 20th century. The Socialist Party of America was established in 1901. Its best-known leader was Eugene Debs, the five-time presidential candidate and workers' rights leader made famous by the Pullman strikes that helped inspire the creation of Labor Day.
When the DSA was founded in 1982 by Michael Harrington, who dropped out of Yale Law School to join the Catholic Worker Movement, it had lofty goals: it appeared to be an attempt to bring socialists together again after that earlier split, while incorporating the interests of the women's movement, civil rights movement, gay rights movements and other social movements born in the '60s, all while also acknowledging that socialism's moment as a political party in America had passed. Its organizers believed it could be more useful as what some have called basically a lobbying group to the Democratic Party, pushing the mainstream liberal party further left. Harrington described his group's stance as "the left wing of the possible" and he knew from first-hand experience that such influence could be powerful: the Great Society programs of Lyndon Johnson's presidency were partly inspired by Harrington's book The Other America: Poverty in the United States.
How is democratic socialism different from socialism and communism in the former Soviet Union and other countries abroad?565Please respect copyright.PENANALanUef5X4A
565Please respect copyright.PENANA7LN2ekWEbT
The simple answer is that democratic socialists believe in a democracy, while communist forms of government are not democracies.
"Democratic socialists believe in elections, the First Amendment — [they] want ordinary people to have more power in a more democratic system," Kazin says. "In communist countries, the state controls everything and a small group of people control the state, a tyrannical system."
Is it true that Martin Luther King Jr. was a democratic socialist?
Harrington became one of King's informal advisors after they met on a picket line protesting the 1960 Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles, and he helped the civil-rights leader write the manifesto for the Poor People's Campaign.
But King didn't publicly identify as a member of an American socialist party.565Please respect copyright.PENANAKwB3pPi8mo

"You could certainly say King was privately [a socialist]," says Isserman. "Those beliefs stretch back to undergrad days at Morehouse, but for obvious reasons, [those beliefs weren't public because] he didn't want to add to the problems he faced in pushing through a civil rights agenda." Many people think he became a socialist towards the end of his life, when he was pursuing the Poor People's Campaign and focused on economic justice, but those ideas have been in some of his most famous speeches all along. "The March on Washington slogan was 'jobs and freedom,' in that order," Isserman points out.
By now, enough time has passed that, at least for younger generations, the "Cold War bogeyman," as Isserman puts it, is gone. To many, the Soviet Union is no longer the evil empire, and socialism is no longer taboo. That means that, as younger people have looked for alternatives to politics as usual, the option of socialism has seemed viable. Isserman traces that impulse to the recession after the 2008 financial crisis, which opened a window for the DSA to appeal to millennials graduating with insurmountable college debt into an economy in which full-time jobs with benefits have been hard to land. And the Occupy Wall Street protesters, who camped out near the New York Stock Exchange in the financial district in Manhattan, made a key democratic socialist tenet — closing the wage gap — part of the national conversation by framing the problem as one of the 1% versus the 99%.
Surveys show that, while not every socialism-linked candidate fared well in 2018's primaries, feelings about socialism in the United States have become downright warm: A University Chicago survey of 18-to-34-year-olds, from this May, found that 61% of millennial Democrats "express favorable views toward Socialism." One Gallup poll from a few months later reported that more Democrats hold "positive views" of socialism than of capitalism, at 57% versus 47%.

Born in Trier, Germany, Marx studied law and philosophy at university. He married Jenny von Westphalen in 1843. Due to his political publications, Marx became stateless and lived in exile with his wife and children in London for decades, where he continued to develop his thought in collaboration with German thinker Friedrich Engels and publish his writings, researching in the reading room of the British Museum. His best-known titles are the 1848 pamphlet, The Communist Manifesto, and the three-volume Das Kapital. His political and philosophical thought had enormous influence on subsequent intellectual, economic and political history and his name has been used as an adjective, a noun and a school of social theory.565Please respect copyright.PENANAs2fTZIYGlo

Marx's theories about society, economics and politics – collectively understood as Marxism – hold that human societies develop through class struggle. In capitalism, this manifests itself in the conflict between the ruling classes (known as the bourgeoisie) that control the means of production and the working classes (known as the proletariat) that enable these means by selling their labour power in return for wages.[16] Employing a critical approach known as historical materialism, Marx predicted that, like previous socio-economic systems, capitalism produced internal tensions which would lead to its self-destruction and replacement by a new system: socialism. For Marx, class antagonisms under capitalism, owing in part to its instability and crisis-prone nature, would eventuate the working class' development of class consciousness, leading to their conquest of political power and eventually the establishment of a classless, communist society constituted by a free association of producers.[17] Marx actively pressed for its implementation, arguing that the working class should carry out organised revolutionary action to topple capitalism and bring about socio-economic emancipation.[18]
Marx has been described as one of the most influential figures in human history, and his work has been both lauded and criticised.[19] His work in economics laid the basis for much of the current understanding of labour and its relation to capital, and subsequent economic thought.[20][21][22] Many intellectuals, labour unions, artists and political parties worldwide have been influenced by Marx's work, with many modifying or adapting his ideas. Marx is typically cited as one of the principal architects of modern social science.[23][24]
Marx was ethnically Jewish. His maternal grandfather was a Dutch rabbi, while his paternal line had supplied Trier's rabbis since 1723, a role taken by his grandfather Meier Halevi Marx.[26] His father, as a child known as Herschel, was the first in the line to receive a secular education. He became a lawyer and lived a relatively wealthy and middle-class existence, with his family owning a number of Moselle vineyards. Prior to his son's birth, and after the abrogation of Jewish emancipation in the Rhineland,[27] Herschel converted from Judaism to join the state Evangelical Church of Prussia, taking on the German forename Heinrich over the Yiddish Herschel.[28]565Please respect copyright.PENANA0pMpqNwti5

In 1815, Heinrich Marx began working as an attorney and in 1819 moved his family to a ten-room property near the Porta Nigra.[32] His wife, Henriette Pressburg, was a Dutch Jewish woman from a prosperous business family that later founded the company Philips Electronics. Her sister Sophie Pressburg (1797–1854) married Lion Philips (1794–1866) and was the grandmother of both Gerard and Anton Philips and great-grandmother to Frits Philips. Lion Philips was a wealthy Dutch tobacco manufacturer and industrialist, upon whom Karl and Jenny Marx would later often come to rely for loans while they were exiled in London.[565Please respect copyright.PENANAIgQ3UAICP2

Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel - Wikipedia
Marx worked at the only uncensored German-language radical newspaper left, Vorwärts! (Forward!). Based in Paris, the paper was connected to the League of the Just, a utopian socialist secret society of workers and artisans.
On 28 August 1844, Marx met the German socialist Friedrich Engels at the Café de la Régence, beginning a lifelong friendship.[72] Engels showed Marx his recently published The Condition of the Working Class in England in 1844,[73][74] convincing Marx that the working class would be the agent and instrument of the final revolution in history.[75][76] Soon, Marx and Engels were collaborating on a criticism of the philosophical ideas of Marx's former friend, Bruno Bauer. This work was published in 1845 as The Holy Family.[77][78] Although critical of Bauer, Marx was increasingly influenced by the ideas of the Young Hegelians Max Stirner and Ludwig Feuerbach, but eventually Marx and Engels abandoned Feuerbachian materialism as well.[79]
Marxism is based in large part on three influences: Hegel's dialectics, French utopian socialism and English economics. Together with his earlier study of Hegel's dialectics, the studying that Marx did during this time in Paris meant that all major components of "Marxism" were in place by the autumn of 1844.[86)565Please respect copyright.PENANAt64ojfbEns

Accordingly, Marx wrote The Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts.[89] These manuscripts covered numerous topics, detailing Marx's concept of alienated labour.[90] However, by the spring of 1845 his continued study of political economy, capital and capitalism had led Marx to the belief that the new political economic theory that he was espousing – scientific socialism – needed to be built on the base of a thoroughly developed materialistic view of the world.[91]565Please respect copyright.PENANA5My8VP2E3y
