I sat on the swing, thinkig of what I do next. Hi, my name is Sammy, (Brown hair,brown eyes,white shirt with jeans.) I am 15 years old, and  I was thinking of what to do next, because I ran away from home, an abusive home.But over the past few years I saved money to run off. I looked at the cash. $32 not much, I'll have to try to find work. I put the money into my backpack, and took a deep breath of the fresh air. While I was sitting there, a boy about my age,(Brown hair,blue eyes, red shirt with jeans.) came over to where I was. "Is this swing taken?" He asked pointing to the empty swing next to me. "Oh, no it's free." I said, with a little smile. He sat in the empy swing, and we were silent. "So, whats your name?" I asked, trying to make small talk. "Mason, and you are?" Mason smiled. "Oh, my name is Sammy, nice to meet you." We shook hands. We started talking a little. "So, what brings you here?" Mason asked. "Oh, I just... moved here, yeah." I answered making up an excuse to be there. "Oh, me too." He gave a little smile, honestly he was kinda cute. No, dont fall for strangers!  "Hey, you wanna go walk around?" Mason asked getting off the swing. "Sure, I have nothing better to do." I answered. I picked up my backpack, and started walking with him along a sidewalk. I found out that we were the same age, and had some of the same intrests. "So, what made you move?" Mason asked. "Oh, uh, I'd rather not talk about it." I said looking down. "Ok, do you like magic?" I looked up at him, and giggled, he could not be serious, magic? "Really? Magic? Isn't that just kid stuff?" I asked him. "Ah so you dont believe." Mason half smiled. "Why, you do?" I asked, he nodded his head yes. "I practice in it." He said, at this point, I realized someone following us, my voice went to a whisper. "There is a man behind us, I think he's following us, I noticed him at the park." I said to Mason, He glanced behind us, and I saw his eyes go wide. "Shoot, they found me.." Mason said, He looked at me. "Sammy, you have to do exactly what I say, got it?" Mason said in a firm, serious voice. "Mason, whats going on..." I asked, confused. "No time to explain right now, just follow my directions exactly." Mason glanced behind us once more. Mason grabbed my hand and we both started running, the person behind us chased after us. We ran until we got to a lake. "Jump." Mason looked at me, I looked at him. "What?!" I asked. "Trust me, Jump." He repeated. "What, no, I'll be soaking wet." I said back. "Just trust me! jump!"
