Here I was standing in front of my school two days after Nate slipped into a coma. It all felt surreal, like a nightmare that I was going to wake up from at any moment, the only thing different is that I was never going to wake up. Just like Nate. I closed my eyes as I felt a sudden dizzy spell wash over my body. I found myself wishing that Alli was here, but instead she took a day off. I opened my eyes and met Jackson's gaze. Back in England, someone had done something like this to me. I almost drowned due to the fact that I couldn't swim. I always had a fear of water, Josh had explained that when I was four and we were at the beach they had lost me in the water. They hadn't found me until about thirty minutes later and I was sobbing, my skin was almost blue from the cold water and I almost drowned.

Since Nate went into a coma, my nightmares have been coming back and the only way I get rid of them is by using the pills Maggie had given to me. With closed eyes, I held it in front of my face, slowly fluttering my tear filled eyes open, the sight of my bald head, eye bags and dry lips set me off. I couldn't hold it anymore.
