I stared up at my blank, boring white ceiling. The images leaked into my head of that night, Roy didn't let me go that night, I returned home the next morning. I fell apart that night and that morning I ran away with as many pieces I could pick up.

I knew I couldn't tell anyone because they would say Roy isn't that person. Roy hasn't paid  attention to me since, he acted as if it never happened or maybe he just doesn't want to face the girl he raped.

"Bean!" My mother yelled, breaking my thoughts.

I never told my mother about it, I can barely look at myself in the mirror. My mother carries on without knowing, she still acts like her caring self.

"Coming." I grumbled.

When I opened my bedroom door I could see my mother staring out the kitchen window.

I rolled my eyes as I walked out of my room and down the hall.

"Why are you staring out the window at that abandon house, again?" I questioned.

"That's just it, come look it's not anymore." She said pointing out the window. 

I saw a guy unpacking a car, he looked like the only one out there. 

"Ok? Soo we have new neighbors?" I said sarcastically. "What's the big deal?" 

"Well, I don't know. It's just that house has been on the market for years." She sighed losing her excitement. 

"Hope they're nice people." I smiled towards her.

"Their son looks about your age." My mother smirked. "And it's about time you start looking at boys." 

A tremble went through me reminding me of that night with Roy.

"Mom, I don't care about having a boyfriend." 

She grinned. "Keep telling yourself that."

"I will." 

I walked off to get ready for school.

Looks like we will have a new kid.

My first class the new kid wasn't in, really to be honest I didn't want to meet him. He probably is a jock and will ignore me like the other jocks do..... Well except Roy that one night but, he does ignore me now. 

As I walked to my locker from first hour I noticed Roy in the hallway and he was looking dead at me. 

It made me freeze for a second, it can't really be Roy. He has ignored me for weeks acting as if he didn't know me. 

"Roy..." I muttered to myself.

He jerked his head around and continued on down the hallway.

What's up with him? 

I shook it off and continued on to my locker. A little black note was folded and placed inside my locker, the only one who knows my locker combination is Lexi. The girl is like me, an outcast even though her brother is a jock.

Lexi never would give me a note, she knows my classes. She would just wait for me after class at my locker not place a note in it.

I huffed and ignored the black envelope for now and grabbed my science books. 

My second hour was my only good hour since Lexi was actually in it, her and I do a share of laughing in class.

I stalked to class pushing through anyone in my way because maybe just maybe she knew who placed it there since she probably gave out my locker combination.

Once I entered the room I walked straight to Lexi who sat in her seat reading a book like usual.

I snapped my fingers at her. "Why the hell is there a note in my locker?" I asked.

"Told him you would find out..."

"Who is it?!" I questioned.

"The new guy, calm down he might be interested in you..." She smirked. 

"He hasn't even seen me." I cut her off.

She scrunched her eyebrows in confusion, "he described you like his known you for ten years." 

I huffed. He had to of seen me in the kitchen window even though I never saw him glance my way.

"Well whatever." I sighed and ambled to my seat. 

At least I knew she gave him the combination. Now I just need to read the note that still laid tucked away in my locker.

After class I rushed to my locker to be surprised to see Roy waiting for me.

"Roy?" I asked confused. "What are you doing?" 

He pushed himself off of the lockers and stood in front me.

"I'm still thinking of that night..."

I stuck my hand out in his face, "I haven't told anyone, just look if Lexi sees us your cover is broke." 

"That's not what I was going to say." He groaned taking my hand in his. 

"Then what was it?" I asked with an edge. I jerked my hand away from his warm grasp.

"Meet me..... After school, ok?" 

I sighed. "Fine but, only because Lexi might see you at my locker. The last thing I want is my BestFriend to hate me." 

He nodded and walked off then my mind flickered to the note in my locker. 

I quickly unlocked my locker door and flung through my things, the note was gone... Like it vanished!! Paper can't do that, did someone take it? 

If anyone sees that note, I don't even know what's on it. Maybe this new kid has a weird side and is targeting me. 

I sighed and walked off to my fourth hour, what was done was done I might never get to know what that note said.
