Dotter realized that his unexpected superpowers came from his bracelet. He made a promise to only use his bracelet to protect himself and help others. Other otters were jealous of him and tried to steal the bracelet. One day, an otter stole Dotter’s bracelet while he was sleeping and suddenly, the ocean trembled. Dotter woke up and found out that his bracelet was stolen. The ocean was in danger because the bracelet was in the hands of the evil. Dotter rushed through the ocean to the other otter and took back the bracelet. Every otters along with other sea creatures were safe. Dotter was loved by every other creatures in the ocean.
