[The air was heavy, the ruins were shaking as if something or someone was approaching, something fast. ]
[Suddenly, distant energy beams scraping against air made a screeching noise . It was not the wind. It was that angel was back and it's bloodthirsty.]
[Angel]《I'm back void demon! Don’t even think of running.》
[Out of nowhere the Angel Locter had previously killed appeared once more. The bright light enveloping their form blinding both Locter and Perseus.]
[Locter] 《Knew it! Don't you have anything better to do?》
[The two locked eyes. For a moment, the ruins of the village seemed to tremble under the tension.]
[The clash began in an instant. Sparks erupted as steel met pure energy, it sounded completely unnatural.]
[Angel] 《You’re slower than I remember. Are you holding back Void demon, or are you just this weak?》
[Locter] 《Keep talking you genocidal freak! It’ll be the last thing you'll do. And besides ive never fought with weapons like these before, if you're struggling against a novice like me what does that say about your skill?》
[ Locter's blades cut through the dust. Beams launched by the angel collided into a nearby ruined building, causing broken walls and glass to crash into the ground.]
[The battle raged on, neither giving an inch. Every swing, every blast tore through the ruined village.]

[Locter stood still,exhausted and beaten. her hands raised slowly as the unbearable heat of the Angels energy weapon burned her skin. The Angel presence was suffocating, like a storm ready to tear everything apart.]
[Locter] 《Woah there! Calm down! We don't have to fight anymore. We can work this out yeah?》
[The Angel tightened its grip, its voice low and sharp.]
[Angel] 《We can work this out? Don't be foolish, demon! There is nothing thats stopping me from killing you right here right now.》
[Locter chuckled lightly, slightly raising her head just enough to catch the Angels gaze.]
[Locter] 《look’s like this angel is a little too ruthless. How would your god approve of this?》
[The Angel had enough. In a flash, it stabbed Locter in her abdomen. the energy burning Locter's flesh as the angel twisted the energy spear in her stomach.]
[Locter grits her teeth as the excruciating pain course through her veins]
[Locter] 《Tch— You've gotten way ahead of yourself Angel! So ahead in fact, you left yourself wide open!》
[With a sudden, undodgeable strike, Locter’s blade sliced the Angels head clean off.]
[As the Angel Dissipates into dust once again, Locter collapses onto the ground.]
[Perseus] 《LOCTER!》
[Perseus rushed towards Locter, who was already on the ground]
[Perseus] 《Locter are you ok? That angel probably stabbed you in a vital organ. And to make things worse it's coming back. We have to get out of here!》
[Locter] 《You’re bombarding me with words right after I got stabbed? What kind of person are you ?》
[Both Locter and Perseus heard the sound of the angel flying towards them once again.]
[Angel] 《DIE DEMON!》
[Before the angel attacked Locter and Perseus, a vibrant pink ray of light struck the angel directly from the sky. Sending it crashing into the ground.]
[A delicate figure floating, robed in a pale white and pink, their rose-colored hair fluttering in the wind around their freckled face. Their brown skin glistened in light. Their pink, glowing deer-like antlers glowed faintly, inherently marking them as something above being a normal human being.]
[???] 《Unforgivable! Absolutely unforgivable! You angels only know destruction! Your kind only feeds on the weak and vulnerable. Your kind is why Nexarchs like myself exist.》
[The angel stood up from the ground, its face was filled with hatred.]
[Locter stood up with the help of Perseus.]
[Locter] 《Perseus, any idea on who that is?》
[Perseus] 《Yeah. That person is the only reason humanity isn't fully wiped out yet. That's Osirusia, the Nexarch of the Dreamscape.》
