以神醫片來說，其實還不錯。但你要說這是福爾摩斯世界觀的作品，我覺得不行。裡面唯一感覺到是福爾摩斯元素的，大概就主配反三人的名字。我個人覺得最糟的事，華生一點都不「華生」，那意義在哪。
