Okay, I actually need to lock in and upload this every day.
Hansel and Gretel was awesome. Well, some people completely botched Act 2 and we missed one of the funniest moments in the whole play, but overall it was awesome. Unlike yesterday (long story, but we performed to little kids yesterday), the audience weren't yelling and stealing things off of the set (again, long story) so it was pretty good.
Also, I was good! I actually locked in and did my part amazingly, but when I was backstage, I was playing around with my rabbit puppet to calm down my nerves, right? I had period cramps and a massive headache. And then the older guy who helped around the set told me to stop playing around with it. Like? What the hell is wrong with playing around with the rabbit? I wasn't distracting anybody, and I was calming myself down because I was in a lot of pain. I almost cried right then and there, except I was supposed to go on so I sucked it up.
As usual.
I also had a History trip earlier today where we went to the Former Ford Factory. Basically it was this factory that made Ford cars but was taken over by the Japanese when they invaded Singapore in World War II. It was really good, and the information was so interesting, but I am motion-sick and spent all the bus ride (to and from the factory) trying not to vomit.
That's also when my headache started.
So today was not my day, and I'm pretty sure I'm sick, but tomorrow I have an English assessment, after-tomorrow a Science assessment and Battle of the Bands tech rehearsal (not to mention drama class), and on Friday I have the real Battle of the Bands.
Why does everything happen all at once?!
Honestly, it's just my luck. My fake friends haven't done anything else, so I think my friends going out of their way to threaten them probably worked. I couldn't care less. Why would I?
Between my sickness, my period, Hansel and Gretel and the History trip, I had a lot on my plate.
How am I supposed to survive this week?
