今天讓人更有成就感的是把學長的殺球攔下來，學長的殺球相當有力，是攔下來之後手還會抖的那一種。

關於第一篇聊到的移動的問題、還有一部分是因為我蹲得太低，導致啟動的速度不夠快，教練的重心放的比我高上許多，但腰比我更向下一些、大概是一百二十到一百三十五度之間，接球可以穩穩地抵達網前。

學長是說追球時手不能向前伸，撲球的時候儘量雙手，這樣接比較穩。

以下是今天的修正事項

低手接球重心上移，腰在向下一些。

托球的手勢兩隻手可以再靠近一點，才不會有時候球從兩隻手之間穿過去。

殺球的時候擺手再向上一些，將向前的力量向上帶

高手發球時注意手發力的時間，不要在最後手軟掉讓發球點掉下去。

我很好奇一件事，將腿向後縮是否有辦法提高殺球時跳躍的高度。
