Alvin Marsh first arrived at the ER on the day of 4/09/1984. He reported stomach pains and a constant feeling of vomiting. Tests showed that his stomach was decomposing and after more tests, it was discovered that most of his body appeared to be rotting from the inside out. His body started rotting at his stomach which traveled to his brain on the day of 4/05/1985. He experienced immense pain and was often sedated by facility members. Alvin Marsh often was screaming which lead to sedation. The most common phrases were but not limited to: "Kill me please" and "Lord help me I cannot take it". He was prompted to write 'entries' to help with further studies but Alvin Marsh only managed to write two entries before his frontal cortex was completely gone. This lead to spasms, lack of verbal communication, and inability to solve simple puzzles. Alvin Marsh was found dead with over one thousand maggots and flies eating him from the inside out.
